JOB TITLE: Furniture Installer
SUPERVISOR: Furniture Installation Team Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION: Installer is to conduct themselves in a professional manner, present themselves in a clean and neat condition. The installer is to follow plan and assignments laid out by Supervisor. Installer is to follow “on the Job Site Rules and Hours of Work (refer to the handbook for these policy descriptions).
HOURS OF WORK:
Installer must have personal transportation to and from the warehouse or job site arriving at 7:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm (times and location may change depending on job location and timing). Full-Time employees may be allowed a break period of 15 minutes in length, Supervisor’s discretion which should be taken mid-morning and mid-afternoon (this break time will be considered time worked). Supervisor may schedule overtime, as necessary. Such scheduled overtime is mandatory for all employees as requested by Operations Manager. Refusal to work overtime could result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment. Employees are not permitted to work overtime without the approval of the Supervisor or Management.
COMPENSATION:
Installers are paid on an hourly basis ($15.00-$18.00 depending on experience) and on a biweekly schedule.
